This enjoyable, hands-on workshop gives you skills to facilitate and get results in workshops, team meetings, community meetings, and more. 

 

Workshop 2: Engagement Lab

Thursday 4 May, 9.00am – 4.00pm

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to design community projects that make participation irresistible. You’ll discover a collection of ideas to make participation simple and fun.

 

Attend both workshops for $800.

 

The venue: Both workshops are held at Northside Meetings, 110 Windsor Rd, Red Hill. Ample street parking is available near the venue.

Jocelyn Ashcroft will deliver an informative seminar to assist your canteen or tuckshop improve its long term viability, run more efficiently and most importantly ensure and improve profit. Specially designed for a committee members and convenor to attend together, this session gets you started on the process of making your tuckshop healthy, profitable and acting as a real hub for your school.

  • Correctly price your products;

Conflict is a normal and natural occurrence of interacting with one another; however having difficult conversations is not always easy. Seemingly straight forward conversations can become difficult ones very quickly.

 

Dealing with difficult conversations and managing conflict helps you understand the reactions and contributions to conflict, and develop strategies to effectively manage different types of conflict to increase better outcomes for all.
