Fraud can damage an organisation's good name, lead to loss of key employees and volunteers, diminish financial support and limit the range and extent of charitable activities that can be undertaken. At worst, it can erode public confidence in your organisation and damage your reputation as a whole.
This seminar will address the issues facing fraud in not-for-profit organisations and provide you with preventative controls and procedures helping you fight against fraud.

Lisa Bundesen, a director of NFP Management Solutions Pty Ltd is a Chartered Accountant with over 26 years fraud investigation experience. Lisa has significant experience working with not-for-profits in reducing the risk of fraud in their organisation and if fraid does occur, working with the organisation to investigate the fraid.
Lisa spent over nine years on the board of RSPCA Qld and over hald of that as chair of the Finance and Risk Committee. She also was on the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee of RSPCA Australia for 4 years. Lisa is currently on the board of Wesley Mission Queensland, a position she has held for over 5 years and is the Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.
