Difficult Conversations & Managing Conflict

 

Conflict is a normal and natural occurrence of interacting with one another; however having difficult conversations is not always easy. Seemingly straight forward conversations can become difficult ones very quickly.

 

Dealing with difficult conversations and managing conflict helps you understand the reactions and contributions to conflict, and develop strategies to effectively manage different types of conflict to increase better outcomes for all.

 

This two part seminar series will have many benefits to you and your organisation:
