A rare and exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and highly motivated Early Childhood Teacher to work within Aspley East Kindergarten C &amp; K on Mondays and Tuesdays from 7.00am to 4.30pm on a 6-month contract commencing in July 2026, with potential for extension.</p>
<p>We are a nurturing and dynamic community Kindergarten dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for young children. Our team is passionate about fostering creativity, curiosity, and emotional growth in our children. We&#8217;re looking for a compassionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact on young learners.</p>
<p><strong>Key Criteria:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with children aged 3–5 years</li>
<li>A nurturing, patient, and caring attitude towards children</li>
<li>Ability to develop and implement a play-based, child-led learning program</li>
<li>Knowledge of relevant learning frameworks, such as EYLF – Early Years Learning Framework, QKLG &#8211; Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines, NQF – National Quality Framework)</li>
<li>Ability to create engaging, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences</li>
<li>Understanding of child development and learning theories</li>
<li>Skills in observation, documentation, and assessment of children&#8217;s learning</li>

Aspley East Kindergarten has been in the same location in Aspley since 1966 and is nestled in between Aspley East State School and Robinson Road Marketplace.</p>
<p>Our centre is a two-unit community kindergarten with 88 enrolments.  Each kindy program has 22 children in the group with qualified Early Childhood Teachers and Educators in each group.</p>
<p>Children attend in one of the following groups:</p>

Fixed Term Part-time maternity leave contract</h3>
<h3>The Role:</h3>
<p>At Upper Mt Gravatt Kindergarten, a unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Early<br />
Childhood professional to lead in the role of Teacher/ Nominated Supervisor commencing 19th January<br />
2026 and ending 12 th December 2026. This position involves sharing the role of Nominated Supervisor with<br />
the other Kindergarten Teacher, supporting and managing the day-to-day operation of our affiliate<br />
Kindergarten service. You will be the qualified Early Childhood Teacher of the Monday, Tuesday program.<br />
This position includes 5 hours of non-contact time per week allocated to the Nominated Supervisor role.</p>
<h3>About us:</h3>
<p>We are a non–profit community kindergarten affiliated with Lady Gowrie QLD. We have been in operation<br />
since 1963 and are settled into a natural environment. The kindergarten offers a 1unit service running a<br />
Monday and Tuesday (8:15am – 3:45pm) group and a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday group (9:00am –<br />
2:15pm).<br />
Your role is to provide a vibrant and flexible environment that is responsive to the interests and abilities of<br />
each child, promoting autonomy and the love of learning.</p>
<h3>You will need:</h3>
<p> Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognized by ACECQA as an early<br />
childhood teaching qualification) OR Bachelor of Primary Teaching with approved diploma level<br />
or higher education and care qualification<br />
 Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers. This registration must be renewed<br />
annually<br />
 Paid Blue Card or exemption Blue Card<br />
 Current Senior First Aid including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)</p>
<p>Key selection criteria:</p>
<p> Demonstrated leadership skills, mentoring of staff and collaboration and teamwork with colleagues.</p>

<p><b>About the role:</b></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Upper Mt Gravatt Community Kindergarten has a part-time role available for an experienced Administrator. This role will see you being part of a Community Kindergarten which supports the local community’s families and children. You will be working in a small, passionate, and dedicated team. You will be primarily responsible for the smooth operation and efficient administration of the kindergarten, encompassing a wide range of duties including managing enrolments and accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining positive relationships with families and the community.</span></p>
<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Office duties include greeting families and visitors.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage enrolments, waitlists, service tours and correspondence.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Maintain accurate student records and databases.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Assist the Nominated Supervisors and teaching staff with administrative support and our ongoing Quality Improvement Plan.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manage compliance and mandatory reporting requirements, including those related to government funding and Central Governing Body reports.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate and work closely with the bookkeeper to ensure timesheets, wages and other financial responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure policies and procedures, risk assessments, medical management plans and other mandatory documentation is maintained and current.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Onboard our Parent Volunteer Committee each year, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed and processed through all required regulatory bodies.</span></li>

<p><b>Requirements</b><span style="font-weight: 400;">:</span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Microsoft office experience, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word. Experience with Storypark, Canva and Xap is highly regarded.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A high level of organisational and time management skills is required, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with our small staffing team and volunteer committee.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Friendly, professional manner with exceptional oral and written communication skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, privacy laws, child protection regulations, the Early Years Learning Framework and Lady Gowrie QLD policies and procedures.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Current Paid or Exemption Blue Card</span></li>

<p><strong>About the Role: </strong></p>
<p>The Centre Director is a senior and respected position within The Munro Centre, with overarching responsibility for the day to day leadership and management.</p>
<p>As the Centre Director, you will have experience in evaluating and driving effective centre business performance by monitoring, planning, and implementing strategies in collaboration with all stakeholders to develop and accelerate centre operations to high performance.</p>
<p><strong>Key duties include promoting and ensuring:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care based on a primary care giving model.</li>
<li>Strong trusting relationships between children, families and staff.</li>
<li>A strong and cohesive professional team.</li>
<li>Meaningful parent participation in all aspects of the service.</li>
<li>Curriculum development that is child-centred and adaptive for all children&#8217;s needs to ensure an inclusive environment that embraces diversity.</li>
<li>Flexible relevant and responsive service provision.</li>
<li>Cost effective service provision and the best investment of available resources.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work in accordance with the requirements of the Educational and Care Services National Regulations and Law, and the National Quality Framework.</li>
<li>Manage the Centre in accordance with the Centre Philosophy, policies and standards in partnership with the Parent Management Committee.</li>
<li>Actively promote the objectives and goals of The Munro Centre.</li>
<li>Actively plan for and maintain high standards of management and administration of the Centre at alI times.</li>
<li>Actively encourage and support the operation of Parent Management Committee and parent group within the Centre, and ensure that there is a clear understanding of roles.</li>
<li>Manage the staffing of the Centre.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Essential position requirements: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Diploma or Bachelor Qualification in Early Childhood Education</li>
<li>Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Standards.</li>
<li>Current Working With Children Card (WWCC)</li>
<li>Senior First Aid Certificate.</li>
<li>Current Suitability Card</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ideally 2 years experience in a management role (such as director, assistant director, or educational leader).</li>
</ul>

<p>The role of Kindy Club Assistant is an essential part of the outside of kindergarten hours care and education service we provide. Kindy Club is a fun learning environment that supports children at the beginning and end of their kindy day. The program runs from 7:15am to 8:30am and then 2:35pm till 5:30pm. Employed time for this role is 5 hours per day, 5 days per week. Pay is based on qualifications and years of experience and includes a split shift allowance. This also includes paid recess leave during school term breaks.</p>

An exciting opportunity exists for a suitably qualified and highly motivated educator to work within<br />
C &amp; K Aspley East Kindergarten in Aspley.</h2>
<p>The Assistant (Educator) is accountable for assisting the Director and ECT (Early Childhood Teacher)<br />
in the day to day running of the kindergarten and for assisting in the implementing of a safe, caring,<br />
healthy, stimulating learning environment in order that the physical, emotional, social and<br />
intellectual needs of the children and their parents are adequately met.</p>
<h3>Duties and Responsibilities</h3>
<p>• To assist the ECT in the preparation of programs.<br />
• Participate in the planning and preparation of programmes.<br />
• Interact positively and appropriately with children.<br />
• Maintain a clean, hygienic environment for the children.<br />
• Assist the ECT in maintaining accurate records of children’s behaviour and report concerns.<br />
• Provide exceptional customer service to parents when required.</p>
<h3>Requirements</h3>
<p>• Certificate 3 or equivalent qualification<br />
• Must have First Aid Certificate<br />
• Must have Blue Card or Working with Children Card.</p>

<h3>About our Kindy</h3>
<p>Camp Hill Kindy (a C &amp;K affiliate centre), has been a well-respected community<br />
kindy for 80 years and prides itself on its strong reputation and dedicated teaching<br />
staff. Camp Hill kindy is a not-for-profit organisation, operated by a Management<br />
Committee that is elected annually from the parent body.<br />
The double unit centre runs a three-year-old program, as well as a kindergarten<br />
program, which is play-based and child-led.</p>
<h3>About the Role</h3>
<p>Along with having the appropriate qualifications, you will also have a solid<br />
understanding of the National Quality Framework and Standards (NQF and NQS)<br />
along with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). The ideal applicant will be<br />
flexible and available for work at short notice, with varied shifts including:<br />
 Long day session- 7:00am-4:00pm<br />
 Short day session- 8:00am-3:00pm</p>
<p>Applicants must have<br />
 Bachelor’s Degree in early childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA<br />
as an early childhood teaching qualification)<br />
 Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers<br />
 Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS and EYLF<br />
