Workplace Bullying & Harassment Webinar
Craig Pollard has presented a seminar on Workplace Bullying and Harassment. He discussed the nature of workplace bullying and how to implement processes to minimise the risk that such behaviours could be taking place in your service. There is a discussion on complaint handling processes as well as what to expect if such a complaint is made.
This webinar is ideal for committee members who believe they are uninformed on how to identify workplace bullying, or what they would need to do if a complaint of bullying is made.
